NOVA FUNDING provides short-term bridge financing to real estate investors for the purchase, refinancing, and renovation of commercial and residential properties in Central Texas. We specialize in quick closings for Borrowers with special or complicated financing needs.
The term of our loans is usually 12 months and the loan size may vary from $100,000 to $1,000,000. Interest rates range from 13-16% depending on the type of property, the ratio of the loan to value, and the quality of the security. We will consider loans with advance values of up to 70%. At closing the Borrower pays an origination fee of 3-5% and other normal closing costs, including title insurance and legal fees.
